Please note that the amount requested is to be considered as a deposit: this means that you will see the total amount due but you will only pay an initial fee which corresponds to 25% of the total. You will complete the payment once you arrive at our reception in Via Marina Piccola 23 in Sorrento. Here you will meet a manager who will manage your booking and provide you with all the necessary and useful information to spend a wonderful day on our boat.
The online booking system does not provide an invoice since the total balance will be paid on arrival. If you wish to indicate specific instructions in this regard you can add them in the “tell us something more” field in the form.
The payment fee is charged to the customer and will be included in the payment when it will take place at the agency.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
if you book a service from our website, you will pay by credit card or paypal, taxes and VAT included. You will pay the rest of the amount on the day of the tour.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
- Cancellation is free within 15 days before THE DAY OF THE TOUR.
- If you may want to cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the DAY OF THE TOUR, we’ll refund you the 30% of the total amount due. Irrevocably, no refund is provided if you decide to cancel within 5 days BEFORE THE DAY OF THE TOUR.
- In case of bad weather or technical issues of the boat provided THE COMPANY , reserve the right of canceling the excursion offering the chance of moving the tour to another day or to have a total refund.
